Log Recovery
For customers who can't transport their logs to us, so we offer specialized log recovery services. We're skilled at retrieving logs from challenging locations, whether it's a tight lot in The Heights or a large property outside Conroe. Every recovery is unique, and we handle logs of all sizes with care, ensuring your property is protected. Contact us to learn more about our log recovery services.

Milling
We operate two bandsaw mills to provide Houston with comprehensive milling services. We custom mill logs into lumber, slabs, cookies, mantels, and beams. Our mills can handle logs up to 54" in diameter and 20' long. Contact us to learn more about our sawmills services, and to get a custom milling estimate for your logs.

Kiln Drying
We operate two state-of-the-art vacuum kilns, offering kiln-drying services for both hardwood and softwood. With a total capacity of 8,000 board feet, our kilns can dry wood up to 16.5 feet long, 60 inches wide, and nearly any thickness. NOTE: We only offer our kiln services for lumber from logs which were milled by Helmwood. We do not dry lumber that has already been milled elsewhere.
